Hi, I'm Anna & I have been in the Beauty Industry for many years...
The Beauty industry is forever changing and I pride myself on the continuous training and upskilling of my knowledge with new treatments, products and technology introduced to the salon.
The treatments I enjoy doing the most are facials, transforming clients brows and my cosmetic tattooing.
When I'm not at work I'm kept busy with my partner and kids enjoying life and family time x

Beauty By A, Studio voucher policy:
The person redeeming the voucher must produce a copy of the email the purchaser received when they arrive for their treatment.
It must be redeemed within 12months of purchase date and receipt of this email, unless pre-arranged for a later date. When making a booking to redeem this voucher if you are a no show or cancel on the day without a reasonable reason the voucher will become void, as our time is precious, we do appreciate your understanding.

ARRIVAL
We ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill in your consultation form. Whilst we always try to accommodate your treatments in full we would hate for your treatment to be cut short due to your late arrival
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled within 4 hours or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee, if you are using a gift voucher this will act as your deposit and 50% will be deducted if you cancel within 24 hours or the voucher will be forfeited if you cancel within 4 hours or no-show. If you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, you may reschedule your appointment to a different day. If you reschedule your appointment more than once you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay another non-refundable booking deposit. I completely understand that emergencies do arise and sometimes life throws us unexpected delays, however please respect that your appointment time is valuable to me and if enough notice is given it can be offered to another client.
